I started DBT for borderline personality disorder about a year ago but had too much anxiety being in a group. I’d love to be able to learn online! I fear it’s my only hope.

Good Morning Jamie, it is often difficult to find an option of treatment that may beneficial to us. Can you tell me why you think DBT would help? What did you find helpful from the time you were in a group? Look forward to hearing from you. ~ Dr Jody Grande
